Feeling unsettled can be a natural part of periods of change, and reframing uncertainty as an opportunity for new understanding and growth can shift your experience from stress to curiosity and adaptability.

Staying calm in uncertain times involves grounding yourself in what’s present and within your control. Techniques include mindfulness, simple breathing exercises, limiting exposure to distressing news, or setting routines. These methods help reduce reactivity and build psychological stability even when external circumstances are evolving.

3️⃣ Why do dramatic world events trigger anxiety or inner questions?

Big world events can trigger anxiety because they challenge our assumptions about how the world should work — a concept explored in psychology as a disruption of core worldviews.
